Introduction to the MilkPride Directors and Shareholders
All four Shareholders and Directors of MilkPride are experienced within New Zealand's farming and investment community. They provide a high level of leadership and direction.
Murray Flett B.Com(Ag) - ChairmanMurray has been dairy farming in Southland for 20 years. Currently a Director of PGGWrightson and NZFSU. Previous directorships with Fonterra and LIC. This strong base in Agriculture is augmented with Murray’s active involvement in the wider business community through directorships in Barkers, Blueprint and AML. Two of the properties that Milkpride operates, are owned by interests associated with Murray. |

Dave Clarke B.Com (Ag) – DirectorDave has over twenty years experience in the New Zealand agricultural industry. In 1992, along with his wife Paula he formed an agricultural advertising and marketing company working with New Zealand rural supply companies. A specialist rural magazine publishing company was added several years later, which today produces titles in both New Zealand and Australia. To complement his media interests he is also a joint owner and director of Blueprint Ltd, a leading South Island sheet fed printer & web development company which operates from facilities in Christchurch, Timaru & Dunedin. Along with being a director of Milkpride Ltd, he is a shareholder and director in an agricultural import company as well as a New Zealand & Australian food company. |

Ross Cottier (Bachelor of Applied Science) - DirectorRoss has been involved in the New Zealand dairy industry for 15 years. He has a dairy consultancy background and has been apart of dairy farming in Southland for more than a decade. Ross has been involved in MilkPride since its inception in an operational capacity. Along with being a shareholder in MilkPride he also has interests in other agricultural based companies. |

Hamish McKenzie LL.B., B.A. - Shareholder and AdvisorHamish grew up on a farm in Western Southland. On completion of his Arts and Law Degrees at Otago University he had a short period in private practice with a law firm in Invercargill. Following this Hamish specialised in Employee Relations and Human Resources. From 1990 he held senior human resources positions in a number of Australasia`s leading companies, including Telecom, BNZ, National Australia Bank and Westpac. His most recent corporate roles being Group G.M. People for The Warehouse (responsible for all the group`s human resources functions across 15,000 people in both New Zealand and Australia), and Head of Group Change for the Royal Bank of Scotland. After pursuing a number of personal business interests at home, Hamish is now based in Asia with a role leading HR and Change Management in the Asian Banking Sector. |
